When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, address or location, curtain requirements, project type, preferred date, messages and photographs or measurements you choose to share. Fields marked as required help us respond to the enquiry. Without necessary contact or project details, we may be unable to assist.
The website and its service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, cookies and interactions with contact buttons or forms.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to answer questions, prepare quotes, arrange consultations or site visits, discuss and provide requested services, keep relevant business records and address problems. Website information helps operate and protect the site, understand visits and measure advertising performance. You can ask us to stop promotional contact; this does not prevent necessary replies about an existing enquiry or service.
Website forms, email, phone and WhatsApp
Our quote form uses Forminator on WordPress. Submitted details may be stored in the website and used for enquiry administration. The form also uses Google’s reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam.
Choosing an email, phone or WhatsApp link opens the relevant service or application. Sending a message or placing a call is your choice. Email services, telephone providers and WhatsApp/Meta handle information under their own policies. Avoid including information unrelated to your enquiry.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site has Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager installed. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical and interaction information to understand website use and measure advertising. Tag Manager manages website tags. Contact clicks and a successful quote-form response may be recorded as conversion events; a click alone does not confirm a completed call, message or sale.
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings and use the privacy controls offered by Google and other providers. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect some website functions and measurement. This notice is not a cookie-consent control, and the site currently does not offer a separate cookie-preference banner.
